Burbage Family Plants the Seed for a Brighter Tomorrow

Lisa Burbage '81 and John Burbage are cultivating their legacy at the College of Charleston. Their planned gift will plant the seed for a brighter tomorrow for students in need.

Lisa Burbage continually deepens her commitment to the College. She is a member of the College of Charleston Foundation Board and a generous supporter of the School of the Arts, the College of Charleston Fund, the Cougar Club and the Dean's Excellence Fund at the Business School.

What's more, Lisa has shared her enthusiasm for the College with her husband John. Together, the Burbages have supported college students for almost 30 years. Now they have added a gift in their estate plan that will permanently fund a scholarship to assist students with financial needs. With the dedication of donors like Lisa and John, the future for students at the College is boundless.
